  • So, I’ve had my toddler at Wonderland on Belmont for a bit now, and I’m honestly 50/50 on staying. The biggest issue is communication when kids get sick. It feels like every time I turn around, there’s another bug going through the classroom, and they’re really lax about the sick-child policy—parents are dropping off kids with clear fevers and nothing is said. The facility itself looks pretty worn down and I've noticed dust and grime in the corners of the play area that definitely needs a deep clean. With the ratios being what they are, it feels like the staff is just too stretched to stay on top of handwashing and sanitizing toys. I want to love it because the location is convenient, but the constant revolving door of colds and the lack of transparency about health outbreaks is becoming a dealbreaker.
