Abc and Me Daycare

Abc and Me is okay, but I have mixed feelings about the health side of things. It's a typical urban daycare—the space is a bit tight being in Uptown, and it feels like when one kid gets a sniffle, the whole room has it by Tuesday. They seem to follow the basic city safety codes and their wellness score online is decent, but I wish they were a little more proactive with communication when something is going around. It’s clean enough, but nothing spectacular. It’s a fine spot if you just need reliable care, but don't expect a high-end 'wellness' environment.

I've had my daughter at ABC and Me for about six months now and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how they handle the germs. It’s an urban daycare so you expect some sniffles, but the staff is really on top of wiping down the toys and they have a strict fever policy that actually keeps the worst of the seasonal bugs from spreading like wildfire. They’re great about texting right away if she seems off or has a cough, which I appreciate even if it means I have to leave work early sometimes. My only small gripe is the drop-off area can get a little cramped and messy during flu season, but overall the facility feels clean and the teachers genuinely care about keeping the kiddos healthy.
