To be honest, I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation at Tru Learning. It feels like every other week there's a new bug going around the classroom, and I’m not convinced they actually enforce their sick child policy. There have been several days when I’ve walked in and seen kids with obvious green runny noses and heavy coughing just sitting at the tables. It’s a small space, so everything spreads like wildfire. I also haven't been super impressed with the communication—I usually only find out about a 'breakout' after my own kid already has it. For the price we're paying for daycare in Portage Park, I expected a much cleaner environment and better attention to sanitizing the shared toys.
