  • To be honest, I’ve had a pretty rough experience with the health standards at Teddy Bear. The facility itself on Columbus Ave feels really cramped and honestly doesn't look like it's been deep-cleaned in years. My little one seems to bring home a new bug every other week, and I rarely get a heads-up from the staff when hand-foot-and-mouth or a stomach virus is going around the classroom. It feels like the sick-child policy is barely enforced because I constantly see kids dropped off with clear fevers and runny noses. For the price, I expected a much more proactive approach to sanitizing and communication. It’s frustrating because it feels like a constant cycle of illness for our whole family.
