Honestly, I was pretty nervous about sending my kid to a new place with how fast bugs spread in daycares, but Stepping Stones has been a pleasant surprise. The Montrose location is always super bright and actually smells clean (not just like bleach, but genuinely tidy). One thing I really appreciate is that the space feels open and isn't cramped, which I think helps keep the kids from being on top of each other and swapping germs 24/7. They seem pretty on top of their sick policy too—if a kid is under the weather, they actually call parents, which is annoying if it's you, but great for keeping the rest of the class healthy. Only downside is the staff seems a bit stretched lately with some hiring going on, so I hope they keep up with the cleaning standards while they find new assistants.
