Raekwon's Scholastic Daycare Academy LLC

I really wanted to love this place because it’s convenient, but I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation lately. It feels like my little one is coming home with a new bug every other week, and I honestly don't think they're doing deep cleans as often as they should. The communication when a kid in the class gets sick is basically non-existent, so I’m always caught off guard. Also, the building itself feels pretty cramped and the ventilation isn't great, which just makes the germ swapping even worse. Enrollment seems a bit high for the number of staff they have, so I doubt they have time to stay on top of wiping down every toy. It’s tough because the location is good, but for the price, I expected a much cleaner and more proactive environment for the kids.

Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with how things are going at Raekwon's. The space feels really cramped for the number of kids they have in there, and it seems like every other week my son is bringing home another bug. I know daycare is a germ factory, but the communication about illness outbreaks is almost non-existent; I usually find out from another parent in the parking lot rather than a notice from the office. Between the high staff turnover and the lack of deep cleaning, it’s hard to feel like wellness is actually a priority here. We’re already looking into other options for next season.
