Honestly, I have mixed feelings about Brainbox. The location on Ashland is super convenient and the staff seems really professional and focused on academics, but I wish they were a bit more communicative about the health side of things. It’s your typical city daycare—cleanliness is okay, but it feels like there's always a cold or something going around the classroom and we don't always get a heads-up until half the kids are already out. They have a strict sick policy, which I appreciate, but it can be a headache for working parents when they send your kid home for a minor sniffle. I'd love to see more specific updates on how they're handling wellness or if they’re doing anything for air quality, especially in a busy area like Beverly Hills. It’s a solid 3 stars—reliable, but nothing that really blows me away in terms of health support.
