  • I really wanted to love this place because it's convenient, but I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation lately. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with a new bug, and I honestly don't think the cleaning routine is keeping up with how many kids they have in such a small space. The student-to-staff ratio feels way too high, and when it's that crowded, stuff spreads like wildfire. I’ve noticed the communication about when 'pink eye' or 'hand foot and mouth' is going around is super spotty, which makes it impossible to plan ahead. It’s hard to feel good about the wellness culture when the facility feels cramped and the sick-child policy isn't strictly enforced. Just being real—it’s been a struggle keeping my kid healthy enough to actually attend.

  • My son has been at Bright Little Leaders for a few months now and honestly, the cleanliness is what really stood out to me first. You know how some centers have that 'old' smell? This place doesn't, it's always super tidy. They are pretty strict about the sickness policy—if your kid has a runny nose or a cough, you're definitely getting a call to pick them up, which can be annoying when you're at work, but it keeps the bugs from spreading to everyone else. The staff in Auburn Gresham really seem to care about the kids' well-being and they communicate well if something is going around. I'd love to see a bit more variety in the snacks, but overall, it’s a solid, healthy spot for after-school care.
