  • Honestly, I have mixed feelings about Promiseland. While the staff is nice, the cleanliness of the common areas on Montrose Ave has been a real concern for me lately. It feels like every other week there’s a new bug going around the classroom, and the communication regarding illness outbreaks is super slow. The student-to-teacher ratio feels way too high some days, which makes me worry they aren't actually keeping up with disinfecting the toys or monitoring the kids' handwashing. My little one has been home sick more than they've been at the center this month. It’s a convenient location for the neighborhood, but the health standards just aren't where they need to be for me to feel totally comfortable.
