The chronic absenteeism here is a huge red flag too; it’s well over 30%, which usually means the school is struggling to keep a healthy, consistent environment for the kids. With the student-to-teacher ratios being as high as they are, there’s just no way the staff can keep up with sanitizing or monitoring when kids are coming in sick. It feels like a cycle of illness and missed days that never ends, and I don't see enough being done to address the wellness side of things.
