To be honest, I’ve had some pretty mixed feelings about Kid’s Ark lately. While I love the teachers, the cleanliness isn't always where it should be for a daycare. It feels like every other week there’s a new bug going around the classroom and I don't feel like the communication about exposures is fast enough. The space feels a bit cramped and stuffy, especially in the winter months, which definitely doesn't help with the germs. Plus, the staff-to-kid ratio seems high sometimes when I drop off, so I worry the healers aren't able to keep up with sanitizing toys as much as they should. Just keeping it real for other parents looking in the area—it’s okay, but definitely not the cleanest environment in Belmont Cragin.
