  • Switching to Ivy Garden has been a pretty good move for us. The first thing you notice is how clean the place actually smells—not like that weird diaper-bleach mix you get at a lot of city daycares. They seem really on top of their sanitizing game which has luckily meant fewer random colds coming home this winter. The staff is super warm and they actually seem to care about the kids' wellness beyond just keeping them alive until pickup. My only real gripe is that communication can be a tiny bit slow if there's a minor health update, but overall it feels safe and like a healthy spot for the little ones.

  • My toddler has been at Ivy Garden for a few months now and honestly, the cleanliness is what stood out to me first. You know how some daycares just have that 'smell'? This place doesn't, which is a huge relief. They’re pretty strict about the 24-hour fever-free rule, which can be a pain when you're trying to get to work, but it definitely keeps the revolving door of colds to a minimum in the classroom. Communication is decent too—if a kid in the room gets hand, foot, and mouth or whatever is going around, they send out an email pretty fast so you can watch for symptoms. Not perfect, but definitely feels like a safe, healthy spot for the little ones in Bridgeport.
