  • Honestly, I’ve been pretty frustrated with how things are handled at The Trails. While the location is great, it feels like the kids are constantly rotate-cycling through the same bugs. The communication regarding illnesses in the classroom is super vague—sometimes we get a heads-up, but other times it feels like my kid is bringing home something new every week without warning. The facility looks okay on the surface, but with the high cost, I expected much stricter sanitization and a more proactive 'sick child' policy. It feels more like a standard daycare mill than a specialized early childhood center when it comes to prioritizing actual student health.
