Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with how things are going at Grand Child Care lately. The kids are constantly passing around colds and stomach bugs, and I don't feel like the cleaning is as thorough as it needs to be for such a small, crowded space. It feels like every other week I’m getting a call to pick my son up, but then I see other kids dropped off with clear fevers and runny noses without the staff saying anything. Communication about illnesses in the classroom is hit or miss—sometimes we get a notice, sometimes we find out from other parents. It’s a struggle because there just aren't enough staff members to really stay on top of the hygiene rountines and the kids at the same time. I really wanted to like this place because it's local, but the constant sickness and the 'just okay' cleanliness are making me look elsewhere.
