The Beverly Castle Center for Early Childhood LLC

Honestly, Beverly Castle can be a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to the 'sickies.' The building itself is this historic old castle structure which is super cute and charming for the kids, but you can tell the ventilation isn't the greatest in some of the older rooms. My son has come home with quite a few colds this year, and it feels like once something starts going around his classroom, it just hits everyone. They do try to keep things clean, but it's a typical preschool environment where germs spread fast. On the plus side, the staff is really communicative if there's an outbreak of hand-foot-and-mouth or something similar, and they are pretty strict about the 24-hour fever-free rule before kids can come back. It's an okay spot, but I definitely find myself wishing they had better air filtration and maybe a little more space so the kids weren't always on top of each other.
