My kid has been at Nyalah & Cam’s for a bit now, and honestly, the health side is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, it’s a dedicated professional space and it doesn't have that 'lived-in' grime some home daycares get, so cleanliness seems decent day-to-day. They do push physical wellness through play, which is great for burning off energy. However, communication when things like hand-foot-and-mouth or a stomach bug go around the classroom is pretty hit-or-miss. I usually find out from another parent before I hear anything from the staff. Also, the sick-child policy feels a bit lax—I've seen kids dropped off with pretty gnarly coughs and clear fevers more than once. It’s an okay spot, but you definitely have to stay on top of them if you want more than just the bare minimum health info.
