  • Honestly, keeping my kid healthy at Nicholson is a constant struggle. The attendance rates across the school are pretty low, and you can really feel it—there’s always something going around and it feels like the same kids are constantly out sick. With the school being rated so low on most sites (like a 2/10), it’s not surprising that the wellness side of things feels neglected. The building is older and the cleanliness is hit or miss in the hallways. I really wish they had more resources for mental health and better communication when there's an outbreak in a classroom, because right now it feels like we're just left to figure it out ourselves.
