  • My kid has been at Little Scholars Journey for a bit now and honestly, it’s just okay. It’s right on Archer so the location is super convenient, and you can tell the assistants are constantly cleaning the classrooms which I appreciate. They seem to stay on top of the 'clean and tidy' mandate you see in their job postings, but like any Chicago daycare, the germs still make their rounds. I wish they were a little more communicative when a bug is going through the class; sometimes I feel like I only find out because my son comes home with a runny nose. It’s a professional enough setup, but it feels like they’re often hiring new assistants, so consistency with the staff knowing my child's specific health quirks can be a hit or miss.
