Chicago Commons Guadalupano Family

I've been sending my little one to Guadalupano for a bit now, and honestly, the wellness focus is better than I expected for a city daycare. They actually partner with the Rush Wellness Program, which makes me feel better about the overall health standards and health screenings. They are also pretty big on 'workout routines' and healthy snacking—my kid actually came home talking about doing exercises we could do together as a family, which was cute. The building itself is an older site (used to be a school/church building), but it’s kept up well enough. My only real gripe is that like any daycare, colds just cycle through the classrooms constantly once one kid gets a sniffle. The sick policy is standard, but some parents definitely try to push it. Still, I feel like they actually care about the kids staying active instead of just sitting around all day.

Communicating through the app about health stuff has been super easy too, so I'm never left guessing if something is spreading in the room.
