Lee’s is a pretty decent neighborhood spot in Austin, but it’s definitely your average city daycare experience. On the plus side, I know they work with the Sinai Community Institute, so they actually have a wellness plan in place and emphasize stuff like literacy and safety. My kid’s room seems clean enough, and they’ve been okay about communicating when a bug is going around, but it’s not perfect. It can feel a bit crowded in the afternoons, and I’ve had more than a few times where I felt like the staff-to-kid ratio was Stretching it. It’s a solid 3-star place—nothing fancy, but they get the job done and haven't had any major health scares lately.
