  • I really want to love this place because the staff is nice, but honestly, it feels like my kid is constantly coming home with some kind of bug. The cleaning doesn't seem very consistent, and the hand-washing protocols for the toddlers feel a bit lax. It's frustrating because the communication about illnesses going around the classroom is pretty slow—sometimes I don't find out there's a stomach flu or RSV scare until my child already has it. Plus, the building is older, and I worry about the ventilation and dust levels in the common areas. For what we pay, I'd expect better hygiene standards and a more proactive wellness culture.
