Honestly, the West Loop location is pretty on top of things when it comes to keeping the place clean. Being a daycare, you expect the constant sniffles, but they actually seem to follow their sanitation protocols instead of just talking about them. My youngest is in their toddler program and I've noticed the teachers are really diligent about handwashing and keeping the toys wiped down. It’s a relief compared to some other spots in the city where it feels like a germ factory the second you walk in the door. Communication is solid too; they let us know pretty quickly if something is going around the classroom, so we aren't blindsided by a fever on a Friday night. It's pricey, but the peace of mind knowing the environment is actually scrubbed down is worth it for us.
