Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with how things are handled at Stepping Into the Future. My biggest issue is the cleanliness—it just doesn't feel like a top priority when you walk in. I've noticed dust piling up in the corners of the play area and the bathrooms often look like they haven't been deep-cleaned in days. I’m also frustrated with how they communicate (or don't) about illnesses going around. My little one has come home with three different bugs in the last two months, and we never get an email or a heads-up that something is circulating in the classroom. For the price parents pay in this neighborhood, you'd expect a much higher standard for hygiene and a stricter sick-child policy. It feels like they’re just going through the motions rather than really looking out for the kids' wellness.
