  • Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with the health situation at Scholar’s Paradise. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with some kind of bug, and the communication from the staff is just not there. I rarely get a heads-up when something is going around the classroom until my kid is already sick. The facility in Roseland feels a bit cramped and honestly, the cleanliness is hit or miss—I’ve walked in during pickup and seen sticky surfaces that definitely weren't from that afternoon. It’s tough because we need the childcare, but with the way they handle (or don't handle) sick policies, it feels like a constant cycle of illness for the families here. They really need to step it up with the sanitizing and actually enforcing the 'stay home' rules.

  • I honestly wanted to like Scholar’s Paradise because it’s right here in Roseland, but I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation lately. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with a new bug, and I’m not sure how deep the cleaning really goes at the end of the day. The communication about illnesses going around the classroom is basically nonexistent—I usually only find out after my kid is already running a fever. Plus, the ratios seem a bit high for a daycare, and the staff looks so overwhelmed that I doubt they have time to properly wipe down all the toys. For the price, I expected a much cleaner environment and better heads-up on sick policies.
