Honestly, I have been pretty bummed with the situation at Lavizzo lately. It feels like there is always something breaking down—last I heard they were scrambling to fix gas valves in the kitchen and ordering parts for the ventilation system because it’s so old. My kid consistently complains that the air feels stuffy or the temperature is off, and it makes me worry about what they are breathing in all day. The communication from the office about illness is pretty hit or miss, and with the school being in an older building, the maintenance just can't seem to keep up with the health standards you'd want for elementary kids. I wish they’d prioritize the facility more because it definitely affects how often the kids are getting sick.
