Tbh, I’m pretty frustrated with the health environment at Evers lately. My biggest concern is the air quality and ventilation in the building—I noticed in the district records they’ve been having to move money around just to fix basic exhaust fan motors, which explains why the classrooms feel so stuffy and gross. With the attendance rates being as low as they are, it feels like once one kid gets a sniffle, the whole class is out. It’s hard to feel good about the 'wellness culture' when the physical building feels like it's struggling to keep up. I love the teachers, but the facility issues and the constant absences are a huge red flag for me.
