My little one is at L&L and honestly, it’s about what you’d expect for a city daycare. The location in Lincoln Park is super convenient, and the staff is really sweet with the babies, but the space feels a bit cramped which makes germ-sharing inevitable. We’ve definitely had our share of back-to-back colds since starting here. They are pretty strict about the fever-free policy, which I appreciate, but communication about when a 'bug' is going around the room can be a hit or miss depending on which teacher is at the front desk that day. It's clean enough for an older building, but don't expect a high-end wellness retreat—it’s just a standard, busy urban daycare.
