For Your Child Preschool

My kid has been at For Your Child Preschool for a bit now, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. The Lincoln Park location is super convenient, but the health policies feel pretty standard for a city preschool. The staff is warm, and they talk a lot about keeping things clean, but it still feels like every other week there's a cold or something going around the classroom. I wish they were a bit more aggressive with their sick-child policy because it feels like kids get sent in with runny noses way too often. It's okay, and I've seen worse, but for the price and area, I expected a more proactive wellness culture instead of just the bare minimum cleaning.

Honestly, the place is super bright and clean, which is a big relief with a preschooler who touches everything. They seem really on top of cleaning the toys and the space feels 'open' rather than stuffy. We've had a good experience with how they communicate when bugs are going around the classroom; they don't leave you guessing. It's a solid neighborhood spot in Lincoln Park where I actually feel like they care about the kids' health and safety instead of just being a 'drop and go' daycare.
