  • Everbrook Lincoln Park has some room for improvement regarding health and safety. While the classrooms generally appear clean, I'm often concerned about the spread of germs given how quickly illnesses seem to cycle through. Communication about classroom illnesses is inconsistent; sometimes we get detailed notifications, other times it feels like we're in the dark until our own child gets sick. The sick policy is clearly stated, but enforcement feels hit or miss. There have been instances where I've questioned if children who were clearly unwell were sent home promptly. Staff responsiveness to health concerns, like a rash or cough development, varies greatly depending on the caregiver. Some are very proactive and communicative, while others require more prompting.
