  • Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with the situation at Little Feet Big Steps. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with some kind of bug, and when I walk in for pickup, the place just doesn't feel as clean as it should for a daycare. I’ve noticed the trash cans in the diaper area overflowing more than once, and the communication about when hand-foot-and-mouth or RSV is going around the classroom is basically nonexistent—you only find out once your kid is already sick. It really feels like they are understaffed and the teachers are too overwhelmed to keep up with sanitizing the toys or making sure kids are actually washing their hands well. I wanted to love it because the location is convenient, but the constant revolving door of germs and theLack of transparency about health stuff is a huge red flag for me.
