  • My son has been going to KidStrong in Lincoln Park for a few months now and I’m pretty happy with the health vibe there. Since it’s basically a big gym for kids, I was originally worried it would be a total germ factory, but they actually seem to stay on top of the cleaning. You always see the coaches wiping down the equipment between sessions and focusing on 'clean and green' stuff. The staff is super high-energy, but they don't let kids participate if they're clearly coming down with something, which I totally appreciate as a parent of a kid who catches everything. It feels a lot cleaner than some of the other play spaces or daycares we’ve tried in the neighborhood. They really push the 'safety first' thing, and it shows in how they manage the floor. My only gripe is that it can get pretty crowded during peak weekend slots, which makes me a little nervous during flu season, but overall, it’s a solid, healthy environment for the kids to burn off energy.
