Honestly, check out the place for yourself before signing up because I’ve had some concerns lately. The facility is right on Halsted and while it looks fine from the outside, the communication about sickness going around the rooms is basically non-existent. My little one has been home with a nasty cough and a fever three times in the last two months, and it feels like the cleaning protocols aren't really being followed as strictly as they should be for a daycare. Also, the fact that they aren't BBB accredited or very transparent about their staff-to-child ratios in the back makes me a bit uneasy. It’s hard to get a straight answer from the office about their wellness policies when a kid shows up clearly sick.

Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with how things are handled here. It feels like my kid is coming home with a new bug every other week, and I rarely get a heads-up from the center that something is going around until it's too late. The facility is right on a busy stretch of Halsted and it just feels cramped and not as clean as it should be for a daycare. I've noticed the staff seems stretched really thin, so I doubt they have time to actually bleach the toys or surfaces properly. For the price, I expected way better communication about health and wellness, but it feels more like a 'drop off and hope for the best' kind of situation. I'm already looking for other options in the neighborhood because the constant colds are just too much.
