I’ve been sending my little one to Graham Cracker’s for a bit now, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag when it comes to the health side of things. On one hand, the teachers really seem to care and the kids always look happy, but I’m a bit worried about the cleanliness lately. I checked their recent health score and an 84 isn't exactly stellar for a place with toddlers everywhere—it makes me wonder how often the toys and common areas are actually getting deep cleaned. We've dealt with a few more 'daycare colds' than I'd like, and I wish the communication about illnesses going around the classroom was a little bit more proactive so I could keep my kid home before symptoms really hit. It's a decent spot for the neighborhood and the staff is sweet, but I'm definitely keeping a closer eye on the sniffles than I used to.

You can tell they actually scrub the toys down because the place doesn't have that weird stale milk smell you find in some spots. Communication is also solid—whenever there’s a case of hand-foot-mouth or a bad cold going around the Roseland area, they’re quick to post a notice so we aren't caught off guard. Just wish they had a bit more outdoor time for fresh air on the warmer days, but overall, it's a clean and safe spot for the kids.
