I honestly love that they provide healthy meals and even free diapers and wipes—it is such a huge help for busy parents and keeps things consistent for the kids. My little one is always excited to go, and the place feels clean and well-managed whenever I drop her off. The staff genuinely seems to care about the kids' wellbeing, and I haven't had issues with them sending my daughter home for every little sniffle, but they are still really good about keeping us in the loop if something is going around the classroom.

My son has been going to Charming Children for after-school care for a few months now, and I’m honestly pretty happy with the vibe there. It doesn’t have that 'heavy cleaner' smell when you walk in, but it always looks tidy and the staff is really on top of making sure the kids wash their hands as soon as they get in from school. They’re super quick to call if someone has a sniffle or a fever, which can be a bit of a headache for work, but I appreciate that it keeps the stomach bugs from spreading around the whole group. The only thing I wish they’d do is offer a few more fresh veggie options for the late afternoon snacks, but overall it’s a solid, clean spot for the kids.
