  • I really wanted to love Willow Tree because the Logan Square location is so convenient, but the health situation has been a constant headache. It feels like every other week there's a new bug going around the classroom, and I honestly don't think they're doing deep cleans as often as they should. The communication when a kid gets sick is super hit-or-miss; sometimes you get a heads-up, but usually, I only find out after my little one is already coming down with something. It feels like the staff is spread way too thin to really keep an eye on hygiene or enforce the sick policy properly. It's frustrating because the developmental side seems okay, but we've spent more time at the pediatrician's office than in daycare lately. Definitely keep your expectations low regarding cleanliness.
