  • To be honest, I’ve had a pretty rough experience with the health standards at University Kids. The Woodlawn location is convenient, but the classroom cleanliness is hit or miss. My little one seems to bring home every single bug that goes around, and I don't feel like the sick-child policy is actually enforced—I see kids with clear symptoms being dropped off way too often. It’s hard to feel good about the environment when the staff-to-child ratio feels so stretched; the teachers are nice but they look overworked and can't possibly keep up with sanitizing everything properly. Communication about illnesses in the classroom is also super slow, so we’re always the last to know until our kid is already sick. Definitely looking into other spots for next year.
