  • I've been taking my toddler to Sweet Totts for a few months now, and honestly, the health hygiene is really hit or miss. The communication about when a bug is going around the classroom is basically non-existent; I usually only find out once my kid is already coming down with something. It feels like they are understaffed some days, so things like frequent handwashing or wiping down the shared play areas don't seem to be a priority. I'm also really frustrated with how lax they are with the sick-child policy—I've seen kids dropped off with clear fevers and runny noses way too often. It’s hard to keep my little one healthy when the environment feels like a constant revolving door for germs.
