Honestly, I’m pretty torn about Little Leader's Academy. While the staff is sweet and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids, the actual environment feels a bit neglected. It's a crowded space in West Englewood and I've noticed the cleaning isn't always up to par—my little one has been coming home with a constant runny nose and a cough that just won't quit since we started. The communication regarding when other kids are sick is pretty hit or miss, which is frustrating when you're trying to keep your own household healthy. It’s affordable and they offer transportation, which is a huge plus, but I really wish they'd step it up with the sanitizing and general upkeep of the facility.
