Lily Pad is decent overall, but the illness policy feels a bit hit or miss depending on which teacher is in the room. Some weeks it feels like half the class is out with a stomach bug and I wish they were a bit more aggressive about deep cleaning the toys when those waves hit. It’s a city preschool, so space is tight and germs spread fast. The staff is super sweet and they do communicate when something like hand-foot-and-mouth is going around, but I've definitely had to keep my little one home more often than I expected this year. It's an okay spot, just be prepared for the constant preschool sniffles.
