Honestly, I have some pretty big concerns about the health environment here. Since it's in a busier part of Woodlawn, I expected some urban wear and tear, but the cleanliness has been hit or miss. My biggest issue is the communication—whenever there’s a bug going around, parents are the last to know, and the sick-child policy feels really loosely enforced, so kids are constantly showing up with runny noses and coughs. The staffing ratio also feels tight, which makes me wonder if they even have time to properly sanitize the toys and common areas at the end of the day. It’s hard to feel good about dropping your kid off when you feel like they’re just going to come home with another virus every single week.
