Hibbard is okay, but I'm honestly a bit mixed on the health side of things. The recent renovations have definitely helped with the old building smell and general cleanliness, which I appreciate, and the preschool wing seems pretty well-kept. However, it feels like there's a lot of turnover with staff lately, and sometimes communication about what's going around the classrooms is 50/50. I've had to rely more on the neighborhood parent group to find out about flu or stomach bug outbreaks than the official school notices. It's a massive school for PK-6, and you can tell the nurse's office is constantly slammed, so don't expect a call back quickly if your kid just has a minor scrape or feels a little off.
