Honestly, Adler is just okay when it comes to the health side of things. It’s located in a convenient spot in Lincoln Square, but the facility feels a bit cramped since it's just on the first floor of the building. They talk a lot about safety and 'excellence' in their mission, but in reality, it's your typical daycare where colds rotate through the rooms pretty constantly. I wish they were a bit stricter with the sick-child policy because it feels like there’s always a kid with a runny nose being dropped off. Cleanliness is decent, but nothing that blows me away—it’s just average for an urban daycare center.

My toddler has been at Adler for a few months now and honestly, the Lincoln Square location is super convenient for us. I really appreciate how the teachers are stay on top of hand washing, especially during cold and flu season. They are pretty strict about their sick policy—if a kid has a fever, they have to stay home for a full 24 hours without meds—which can be a pain for working parents, but it definitely keeps the classroom germs down. Communication is usually via email or a quick chat at pickup; they always let us know if there's been an outbreak of something like hand-foot-and-mouth. It's not a fancy 'wellness' center, but it's clean and I feel like my kid is in good hands.
