  • To be honest, I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation at The Learning Hub. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with a new bug, and the communication from the center about what’s going around is basically nonexistent. They are licensed, sure, but the facility on Stony Island often looks pretty cluttered and dusty when I walk in. I don’t think they’re deep-cleaning the toys or surfaces as often as they should, especially given how crowded the rooms get. I’ve reached out about their sick policy before because kids are clearly being dropped off with coughs and runny noses, but it doesn't seem like they actually enforce the 24-hour fever-free rule. It’s hard to feel good about the wellness culture there when it feels like a total germ factory most days.
