  • Honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag at Children’s Garden. On one hand, the staff is really sweet with the kids, but the communication when something like HFM or a stomach bug is going around isn’t always the fastest. It’s a smaller facility on the South Side, so it can feel a little cramped in the play areas during the winter flu season. I’ve noticed they try to keep things tidy, but the building is older, and you can definitely tell. It's an okay spot if you need local childcare, but I wish they were a bit more proactive about wellness updates and enforcing the '24-hour fever-free' rule more strictly.
