  • Honestly, finding a place in Lincoln Square that doesn't feel like a germ factory is tough, but Stepping Stones is actually really solid. The space is always super bright and clean when I drop off my kid, and you can tell they actually stay on top of the scrubbing. They’re pretty strict about the sick policy—if a kid has a runny nose that isn't clear, they’re calling you to pick them up, which is a pain for work but honestly keeps the revolving door of flu and RSV way down compared to other daycares we've been at. Communication is decent; they'll usually shoot out an email if something like hand-foot-and-mouth is going around so you can keep an eye out. It feels like a safe, healthy little bubble for the toddlers.
