  • To be honest, I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation at Stepping Stone. The space feels really cramped for the number of kids they have in there, and it seems like there’s always a stomach bug or some kind of cold cycling through the group. I don't think they’re very strict with their sick-child policy because I see kids dropped off with clear fevers all the time. It’s tough because we really need the after-care, but the cleanliness has me questioning things—some of the play areas look like they haven't seen a deep clean in ages. Management is pretty hit or miss when it comes to communicating if there’s been a confirmed case of something like strep or hand, foot, and mouth. Just feels like a bit of a germ factory lately.
