My kid has been at Spark for a bit now and honestly, the health environment is one of the things that puts me at ease. The classrooms are always super clean and organized, which you don't always see with the younger Montessori crowds. I noticed they recently were hiring for outdoor assistants and wellness roles, and it definitely shows in how much they prioritize outdoor time and movement even when the Chicago weather gets tricky. They seem to have a solid wellness program for the staff too, which I think trickles down into how they treat the kids—less stressed teachers make for a healthier vibe overall. My only minor gripe is sometimes the communication on minor bugs going around can be a little slow, but it's way better than our last daycare. Overall, it feels like a really safe, hygienic spot for the little ones.
