  • Honestly, I’m pretty worried about the environment at Fulton lately. The chronic absenteeism is over 35%, which is a huge red flag—it feels like kids are constantly out sick or just disengaged, and the school doesn't seem to have a handle on it. The building is older and you can tell; I've noticed the ventilation is pretty poor and some days the hallways just don't feel clean. With how crowded the classrooms are and the lack of enough support staff to check on the kids' well-being, it feels more like a struggle to get through the day than a healthy place to learn. I really wish they'd prioritize better maintenance and more wellness resources because the current situation is stressful for parents.

  • Tbh, I'm pretty worried about the environment at Fulton lately. My kid is always coming home with some kind of bug, and it feels like the school is constantly catching up on basic building maintenance and repairs based on all the city work orders. The school is in an older building and you can really tell—the air feels stuffy and I’ve heard other moms complaining about dust and general cleanliness issues in the common areas. Plus, with the neighborhood being what it is, I wish they had more consistent mental health support on-site for the kids. It feels like they're doing the bare minimum for wellness right now and just trying to keep the doors open.
