To be honest, I’m pretty underwhelmed with how things are handled here. It’s a small neighborhood spot, which I thought would mean more personal attention, but it feels like there’s always a bug going around and the communication about it is nonexistent. I’ve had to pick my kid up multiple times for things that could have been avoided if they were stricter with their sick policy or just gave the place a deeper scrub. The student-to-staff feel is a bit crowded too, so I feel like the workers are just too overwhelmed to really keep an eye on hygiene like they should. It’s okay in a pinch, but if you’re looking for a place that prioritizes a super clean or wellness-focused environment, this probably isn’t it.

To be honest, the communication here regarding health and safety is super confusing. It’s located in a pretty busy part of South Chicago but I’m always worried about the cleanliness and how many kids are packed into one space. Sometimes it feels more like a storefront than a proper school environment, and I've noticed a few times that the sick-child policy seems really lax—parents are dropping kids off with clear coughs and nobody says a word. Plus, finding out they aren't even BBB accredited makes me wonder what other standards they might be skipping on behind the scenes. It's okay in a pinch, but I don't feel like the wellness of the kids is their top priority.
