Prodigy Child Learning Center

I honestly have mixed feelings about Prodigy. On one hand, it's convenient for the South Shore area, but the health and safety side of things really worries me. I saw the center listed in some legal court of claims documents recently regarding some 'wrongful' incidents, which is a massive red flag for any parent. It makes you wonder what's actually happening behind the scenes when the kids are there. The facility itself definitely feels like it’s seen better days—the cleanliness is hit or miss, and I've noticed things like dust and poor ventilation in the common areas which isn't great for kids with asthma. Communication about when bugs are going around is pretty spotty too; I usually find out my kid's been exposed to something only after they've already brought it home to the rest of the family. For a place that gets Head Start funding, you'd really expect a much tighter ship when it comes to the actual environment and transparency with parents.
